Pool Employee Level 2 - Plant 1 (Nights)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour. (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).Grader:Tools used in this position will vary depending on the placement of the worker.Re-hangs the chicken on overhead shackles for aging and cut-up or bag fryers.Visually observes chicken for bruises, grades each chicken on the production line and re-hangs chickens separating them based on the overall quality of the chicken.Spice Blender:Responsible for mixing the spices used to brine mixtures and prep carts.Weigh and dump bags of spice using a small scoop for exact measuresMonitor brine mixturesRecord the addition of spice periodically throughout the shift.Injector Feeder:To load breast meat into the injector, ensuring all birds have been strung and necks removed. Must keep area clean at all times.Line Feeder:Load raw materials onto machines according to production specifications.Monitor machine performance and adjust feeding rates as needed.Maintain a steady flow of materials to prevent interruptions.Collaborate with machine operators to optimize production efficiency.
