Job Responsibilities:
Accurately enter expense data into Excel on our MacBook.
Stay organized and track progress through various projects.
Who We're Looking For:
A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Someone who follows directions well and communicates effectively.
A team player who can create a calm, focused atmosphere.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Excel and the Mac operating system.
Strong basic math skills.
Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently ON-SITE.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Excel functions, including:
Copying and pasting cells
Inserting rows
Copying formatting
Working with multiple sheets
. Ability to occasionally smile at my ‘dad jokes’
Salary and Hours:
$15-20+/hr, commensurate with skills and experience.
Immediate start available for a paid 1-2 hour initial session.
Opportunities for additional data-entry projects and ongoing work based on performance.
Flexible hours to accommodate our schedules.
