We are a tax and accounting CPA firm in Pasadena. We have been in business for over 25 years. We are seeking a positive and motivated bookkeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for working with client books and records, preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, including payroll taxes, sales tax and year-end filings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Accounts receivable/Accounts payable/General ledger
- Prepare payroll tax returns, including W-2s and 1099s
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Must be efficient with Quickbooks desktop/online or other accounting software
- Excellent communication skills
