About the Role
I’m looking for a Personal Assistant in Silver Lake, to help with admin, household tasks and errands for our home in LA. I work from LA on average two weeks per month, so depending on the month this job will require 4 to 6 hours. Monday/Tuesdays and Thursdays from roughly 3-5pm.
Ideally, the PA comes to the house and handles errands once a week for 1.5 to 3 hours. On weeks when I’m not there, the task list may be shorter and may only take 1 to 1.5 hrs. to complete. You will work directly with my Executive Assistant to coordinate any tasks.

Pay:
$40/hour - $45/hr
Qualities
Self directed + calm energy that can easily share space with others while taking care of tasks. Intuitively knows what needs to be done to keep household tidy, stocked, aesthetically pleasing and setup for homeowners/guests and takes “ownership” of space to execute.

Admin:
Sort mail (weekly)
E-mail all bills and relevant mail to Family Office for bill payment (weekly)
List and sell items when necessary
Household:
Take out trash
Do dishes/tidy house (there is a house cleaner for deep clean items)
Walk dog (short walks)
Open packages/break down boxes and puts items in their proper location
Onsite to meet household vendors (home repair, car maintenance etc)
Errands:
Return packages
Pick up and drop off dry-cleaning
Pick up and drop off musical instruments that need repair
Pick up and drop off film for printing photos
Takes inventory of household supplies and pantry items
Get groceries or household supplies when needed
