Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals for our Foodrunner / Busser / Dishwasher role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of a supportive team where everyone contributes.
This is an in-person position only, and we strongly prefer candidates who live locally or have dependable transportation to Marina del Rey.
Primary Responsibilities
Foodrunning: Deliver dishes to guests promptly and professionally.
Bussing: Clear, reset, and maintain clean tables throughout service.
Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen items; maintain a clean dish area.
Support the team with general cleaning and organization as needed.
Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
Additional Training & Growth Opportunities
Because we are a small team, all staff members are trained across multiple areas of the restaurant. Prospective employees will receive training not only in running food, bussing, and dishwashing, but also in serving and food preparation. What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and consistent workers
Local candidates or those with dependable transportation
Open availability preferred; if not fully open, must have consistent availability
A 3–4 weeks notice is required for time-off requests outside your stated availability
Hard workers who learn by doing and adapt quickly
Some prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
Must meet all legal requirements to work in California restaurants and in the United States
Compensation
Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) minimum wage + tip share
