We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person to join our team as a Hookah Lounge Server. You will help our guests have a great time at our lounge. Responsibilities:
1- Customer Service: - Welcome guests warmly and make them feel comfortable. - Help guests choose hookah flavors, food and drinks from the menu. - Answer any questions or handle any problems guests might have. - Check on guests regularly to ensure they are happy.
2- Food and Drink Service: - Take orders for food and drinks and serve them quickly. - Make sure orders are correct and delivered on time. - Know the menu, including any specials.
3- Cleaning and Maintenance: - wash the cups and cleaning the bar - Help keep the lounge tidy by clearing tables and disposing of waste.
4- Team Work:
- Work well with other staff members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help train new employees if needed.
- Communicate with management about any issues or feedback. Requirements: - Experience in customer service, preferably in a hookah lounge or similar place.

- Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

5- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
6- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience serving food and drinks.
- Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety rules related to hookah and food service.
