Nuc Poke is looking for a friendly and reliable Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our small but growing team!
We’re currently a ghost kitchen focused on high-quality ingredients and consistent execution. Our menu is intentionally streamlined, which makes training easy and helps us stay consistent and efficient.
This role centers on assembling poke bowls, preparing proteins and vegetables, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting smooth daily operations.
We’re based in Echo Park as a ghost kitchen, and we’re also opening a retail location in DTLA in 2026. It’s a great time to join us as we build and expand!
