We’re looking for two reliable and professional upholstery cleaners to help maintain a beautiful commercial property near the Long Beach Airport.
This is a once-a-month job cleaning lobby furniture and outdoor patio seating areas.
This is a great way to earn extra money in a professional, respectful environment.

What You’ll Do:
You will use a carpet extractor to:
Deep clean couches, decorative pillows, and fabric seating in multiple indoor foyers
Clean and wipe down outdoor patio furniture
Leave all areas neat, dry, and ready for use
Work as a team (two people total)
Treat the space with care and professionalism — it’s a high-end building
Schedule:
Once per month (approx. 5 hours)
Can be done any day during the last 2 weeks of each month,
after 5PM (weekdays or weekends are fine)
Flexible scheduling
Requirements:
Professional appearance and respectful demeanor
Prior experience with upholstery cleaning - you will be using a carpet extractor
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift necessary cleaning equipment
Bringing your own upholstery cleaning equipment is a plus
Pay:
30/hour
Paid at completion of job
