Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional Delivery Driver for our licensed cannabis delivery company. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career and grow with the company. We are expanding rapidly and offer real advancement opportunities for committed team members.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Safely deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
Verify customer ID, orders, and required documentation at delivery.
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding order status and routing.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
Handle cash transactions accurately when required.
Load and unload delivery items.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicle.
Follow all safety procedures and cannabis regulations.
Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Report any delivery issues or concerns immediately.
Work Hours:
Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Assigned shifts and scheduled hours.
Weekend and evening availability may be required.
Qualifications (REQUIRED):
21+ years old and eligible to work in the cannabis industry.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Valid auto insurance (mandatory).
Economic, fuel-efficient vehicle (mandatory).
Able to speak, understand, and communicate clearly in English.
Reliable, punctual, professional, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation, Growth & Advancement:
Hourly pay starting at $18+ Tip + trip
PAID DAILY
Additional pay per delivery: $2–$5 per completed delivery
Commission available after 6 months
After 6 months, eligible for promotion with pay increase and position advancement based on performance
