We have an immediate opening for an office assistant for our e-commerce brand. The office is in Pasadena, CA.
We need a bright and positive person to efficiently help us with misc office tasks.
The company is a startup but growing at a rapid pace. You would be employee #1. Great opportunity to grow with a new company.
- Must have excellent managerial skills, proven ability to drive projects to completion
- Must have good communication skills (verbal & written) to effectively communicate with vendors.
- Work consists of day to day management of daily operations of the business, such as taking in inventory, realizing when inventory is low, reordering from vendors etc.
- You may handle customer service emails or calls if required.
- Data entry
- Other misc office work
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Positive Upbeat Attitude
Basic Excel and Word Experience
Diligent, Dependable and Attention to Detail
