Key Responsibilities:
-Use custom webshop portal to generate reports, enter offers and purchases
-Match orders to purchases
-Send credit memos to suppliers
-Provide customer and supplier support
-Other administrative duties as required
Skills:
-Attention to detail
-Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
-Ability to multi-task
-Proficient in Excel and Word.
-Fluent in English and Spanish
Schedule:
Start time 7 AM-3:30 PM (Rare weekends surrounding Floral Holidays)
