Seeking an experienced on site apartment manager that must live on premises to oversee the daily operations of our 68 unit apartment complex. Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage aspects of property operations, including maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Handle and resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Showing vacant units to potential tenants.
- Cleaning of common areas.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with tenants and vendors.
- Experience in facilities management and overseeing property maintenance activities.
- Previous experience in property management is preferred.
- Light handyman experience is preferred.
Part-time, flexible hours.
Pay will be negotiated at time of interview.
