Our ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of aesthetics and have prior experience in the beauty industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing phone calls, welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and helping with video documentation during procedures. We require our front desk personnel to be a certified Medical Assistant and be fluent in both English and Spanish to cater to our diverse clientele.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the front desk personnel should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure. They should be able to assist clients in booking appointments, answering their queries, and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. Additionally, they should be proficient in using booking software and have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
