I'm seeking a highly organized and proactive personal assistant to help manage various tasks and keep my life running smoothly. As an artist, my work can get messy and chaotic—that's where you come in! I need someone who thrives on creating order, loves checking things off lists, and genuinely enjoys organizing. This position offers flexible hours for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
-Organizing and cleaning my work area weekly (helping restore order after art projects)
-Running errands including car washing, pet grooming appointments, and other tasks as needed
-Creating and maintaining organizational systems
-Occasional lifting and moving of materials/supplies
Ideal Candidate:
-Type A personality who loves organization and structure
-Lives in or near Pacific Grove (proximity is helpful)
-Has a flexible schedule
-Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-Takes initiative and has excellent work ethic
-Great communicator who keeps me in the loop
-Physically able to lift heavy items when needed
-Gets satisfaction from bringing order to chaos
