Description Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our customers, answering questions and resolving issues, all while providing a high level of service.Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent, higher education or a degree is a plus.
Proven customer support experience.
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
