Lion DTF is a fast growing Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer that is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. If you're a problem-solver who can talk the talk and walk the walk, we want to hear from you. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them from their first call to their final delivery.
What You'll Do
Be the Main Point of Contact: You'll handle all customer inquiries and issues, whether they come in by phone, email, or text.
Onboard and Train New Clients: Conduct outbound calls and Google Meet/Zoom sessions to train new clients on our ordering system, from uploading artwork to placing their first order.
Manage Artwork and Orders: Help customers with artwork issues and process rush orders. You’ll also manage in-person pickups and interactions.
Solve Problems: Work directly with our production and quality control teams to resolve customer complaints and implement solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex issues simply and clearly.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus, but no required.
- Familiarity with the printing or graphic design industry is a plus, but no required.
$20-$22/hr to start DOE
