We believe in quality over quantity — you’ll have the time and support you need to deliver outstanding service. You’ll also be cross-trained to assist multiple clients and handle a variety of tasks via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions
Assist members in applying for various health programs
Help with Primary Care Provider (PCP) changes when needed
Handle outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis
Check and respond to emails daily
Follow up on completed enrollments to ensure proper assignment
Handle customer concerns with empathy and escalate issues when appropriate
Strive for first-call resolution through proactive problem-solving
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
