We’re looking for a part-time Food Expeditor (Expo) to help keep our kitchen and dining room running smoothly. Must be available evenings (PM shifts) and Sundays. Perfect for someone organized, fast, and great under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Organize and window food tickets
Ensure dishes are accurate, complete, and properly plated
Communicate between kitchen and servers
Keep the expo line clean, stocked, and running efficiently
Requirements:
Previous expo/restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication ( English & Spanish) and multitasking skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a busy line
Must be available PM’s + Sundays
Must be able to climb stairs/ride elevator
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs
Must have functional senses for safe kitchen work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot environment
Pay: Based on experience (DOE)
