Server Position:
We are seeking an experienced server who loves working with guests and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience. If you are passionate about serving and genuinely enjoy making guests feel special, we want you!
The ideal candidate:
-Has AT LEAST 2 Years of SERVING experience in high pace, high volume full service restaurants, fine dining preferred.
-A deep love for hospitality.
-Goes above and beyond, tailoring each guest’s experience with detailed menu knowledge
-Is ambitious, self-motivated, and brings intent and energy to each shift
-Works well as part of a team and takes pride in completing side work and maintaining high standards
-Must embody "The Gabbi’s Way" — commitment to excellence in every interaction
Host Position:
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing host with great customer service skills. If you are a quick learner who loves meeting new people, this role is perfect for you!
The ideal candidate:
-Has a great personality and enjoys providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, that connects with guests and ensures they leave satisfied.
-Is eager to learn OpenTable and manage reservations efficiently, has a sharp mind that can manage guest seating, control wait times, and keep everything running smoothly, and a keen eye for detail when reviewing floor plans and reservation books.
-Takes pride in making each guest feel at home and valued
-The ability to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
-Must embrace "The Gabbi’s Way" — a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the guest experience
Requirements:
Availability for nights and weekends.
Reliable transportation.
A strong work ethic, responsibility, and a team-player mentality.
