We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Runner at our restaurant in Tustin. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, with a good understanding of Indian cuisine. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant by delivering food orders to guests efficiently and accurately.
Work Authorization is a required.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest and explain about the food/ menu retaled questions, address any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Deliver food orders to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are complete and prepared according to guest specifications.
Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team.
