Commercial Property Maintenance Technician Needed.
Must have CDL, SS#, Truck, and Tools. Need person in good physical condition, willing start your day early and to drive to different locations throughout Orange, LA, and Riverside counties. Our company provides a variety of services to commercial properties including general building repairs, roof cleanings, maintenance, and emergency repairs. Also must be willing to perform steam cleaning/ pressure washing and janitorial/day porter services.
Must be dependable, presentable professional appearance, and will be paid well. $32.00 per hr. to start
