We are a mid-size fire protection company (extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers, suppression etc.) located off the I-5 Freeway in Anaheim, CA near Ball Rd. and Harbor Blvd. (close to Disneyland) looking for data entry clerk; general office support candidates.
The ideal candidate will live no more than 15-20 minutes from our headquarters on S. Harbor Blvd, in Anaheim, CA 92805
The candidate should be competent in the following areas:
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
- Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items etc.
- Organize data in a spreadsheet
- Excellent literacy, typing, verbal skills
- Cooperative team player, willing to accept direction and/or tasks without question
- Patient and calm even when deadlines must be met
- Spanish is a plus (but is not required)
- No formal accounting experience necessary
To be eligible you MUST:
- Be able to work full-time—and do so consistently, no exceptions
- Have reliable transportation
