We are engaged in providing property services for commercial & industrial properties and are seeking a permanent, part-time property services assistant, who is personable, energetic, and professional. We are looking for people who can work 4-5 hours per day, Monday –Friday. Hours are flexible and can be adjusted to fit your family’s schedule. This is an in-office position-no remote work. This is an immediate need. No experience is necessary.
Your duties and our requirements:
Interact with tenants about maintenance issues via phone and email.
Communicate with vendors about ongoing problems.
Understand and explain invoices for property maintenance work. (No construction work.)
Find new vendors and set up new accounts.
Ability to understand a problem at a remote location without physically seeing it.
Ability to catch mistakes and pay attention to small details.
Double-check processes to ensure accuracy.
Use Microsoft Windows 10 (or 11) for file management and organization.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
Be familiar with online Google resources like Maps, Sheets, and email.
Work with miscellaneous file types like DOC, JPG, PDF, PNG, and ZIP for office communication. (No creative work.)
