Shifts Available:
Day Shifts: 8 to 12 hours
Earn overtime for any hours worked beyond 8 in a 24-hour workday.
Pay and Bonuses:
Competitive pay: $20–$23/hour
$250 sign-on bonus after the first 20 shifts with a client
$250 Referral bonus for recommending new team members who complete at least 20 shifts with a client
On-call bonuses
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our caregiving team, you will:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare nutritious meals
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment
Run errands as needed
Requirements:
To join our team, you must meet the following criteria:
Professional caregiving experience
Pass FBI/DOJ background check and obtain TB clearance
Be registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry or be willing to register
Hold a valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance
Provide professional caregiving references
