Restaurant General Manager Pay: $69,000.00 - $75,000 per year

Shift & Schedule: Weekends is a must. 8-to-10-hour shifts

Position Summary:

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations, ensuring a positive and profitable environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Operations: Manage all day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, food and beverage service, and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, focusing on cost control, menu pricing, and budgeting. Must understand P&L, managing COGS, Labor Costs, etc.

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.

Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to staff.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Community Engagement: Represent the restaurant professionally in the community.

Qualifications:

Must have 5 years of experience in upscale restaurant management.

Proven track record of increasing profitability and driving sales growth.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.

Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
