Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about advocating for clients and achieving exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and handle court appearances.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives.
Work collaboratively with partners and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
3–5 years of experience in personal injury law required.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and writing skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and client management abilities.
