Visit https://www.dignityhealth.org/socal/locations/stbernardinemedical for more information.ResponsibilitiesThe HR Coordinator partners across the HR function, supporting multiple Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver value at the unit, facility, market, or division level. This role ensures a positive employee experience through effective onboarding and transactional HR support while maintaining the integrity of data across various HR systems.Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate support for HR functions, policies, and transactions.

Oversee onboarding activities and Day One Orientation to ensure a seamless, positive experience for new hires.

Coordinate and perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and compliance with HR systems and processes.

Support initiatives such as candidate interviews, employee engagement programs, and facility-specific activities.

Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement effective programs, processes, and policies, ensuring consistency and alignment across facilities and divisions.

Assist in integrating cultural standards aligned with CommonSpirit Health’s mission, vision, and values to enhance the workplace experience.

Execute ad hoc requests and contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment consistent with the organization’s mission and values.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associates Degree with one year relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and three years relevant experience.

Proficient with Google Platform, strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates exceptional customer service skills. Knowledge of terminology and competencies demonstrated in an HR environment.
