We primarily focus on government projects with various School Districts and Gov entities. All of our projects are throughout San Diego County.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree in engineering or construction management, field experience and also willingness to learn and grow. Must know how to read drawings, do layout, use leveling lasers, calculate slopes, calculate concrete volume, etc.
We value hard work, commitment and discipline. We work hard and treat our clients with the utmost respect and get the job done. No time for excuses.
No physical work other than daily clean up and some miscellaneous small work. We are a paper GC and sub out all of our work.
The role of the Site Superintendent is to manage and schedule the site activities, produce daily reports, documents activities, submit RFI, etc.
