The clean room operator is responsible for producing finished packaged and/or labeled clinical products, including kits, as per the batch instructions while following the principles of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
You will produce products to established specifications, document all your work, and adhere to good documentation practices.
Produce finished packaged and/or labeled clinical products according to batch instructions.
Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Document all work and follow good documentation practices.
Effectively work with other operators.
Handle manual data processes with legible handwriting.
Utilize smart sheets and JDE as the ERP system.
Perform data entry into Excel.
Qualifications Required -
Experience in production, medical devices, packaging, and GDP.
Basic knowledge of good documentation practices.
Comfortable with technology and tablets.
Experience in pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Cleanroom experience.
Inspection and hand dexterity skills.
Knowledge and understanding of cGMP.
Basic communication and mathematical skills.
Work Environment -
You will be working in clean rooms, requiring gowning and shoe covers, hair nets, and beard nets.
No nail polish is allowed, and piercings need to be covered.
You must be comfortable working in cold rooms for a maximum of 15 minutes, with jackets provided (personal jackets are also acceptable).
