Seeking someone with 3 Years + mgmt experience, able to solve challenges, serving & or bartending experience is required, able to work Weekends & Holidays, success developing structure & protocol for your team, willing and able to accomplish goals with limited oversight or guidance. Experience in scheduling entire staff, all food and beverage ordering, controlling food, bev. & labor costs.
