Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional and disciplined Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in fine dining kitchens, a deep respect for French technique, and the ability to perform with consistency and grace under pressure. Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes according to Chefs recipes and plating standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station at all times
Ensure precision, timing, and presentation meet fine dining expectations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain seamless service
Uphold all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of professional kitchen experience
Minimum 4 years as a Line Cook in a recognized French or fine dining restaurant
Exceptional knife skills and understanding of classic French techniques
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Professional, punctual, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Current Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
