Job Wanted: Live-In House Manager – Male Sober Living Home
Experienced Live-In House Manager seeking placement in a male sober living home. Must have proven experience managing sober living environments, maintaining structure, accountability, and a respectful, recovery-focused atmosphere.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience managing male sober living or transitional housing
Strong understanding of recovery principles, house structure, and accountability
Intake, screening, and orientation of male residents
Enforcing house rules, curfews, chore schedules, and drug/alcohol testing
Conflict resolution and peer accountability management
Coordination with treatment centers, probation/parole, and case managers when applicable
Rent collection, documentation, and resident record keeping
Oversight of cleanliness, safety, and property upkeep
Calm, consistent, and professional leadership presence in the home
Strengths:

Ability to maintain order while supporting recovery
Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet
Comfortable being on-site
