Secret shop our locations
Observe staff performance & customer interactions
Verify policy and procedure compliance
Document findings and report concerns
Support internal oversight and operational improvements

Observant with strong judgment
Able to blend in naturally
Comfortable working independently
Schedule
Part-time to start with opportunity to grow into full-time.
Flexible, assignment-based tasks.
Compensation
$22–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
