Our growing apartment community is looking for dedicated Leasing Consultant to become a part of our team! We are currently hiring at our North County San Diego (San Marcos) and East County San Diego (Alpine) locations.
Positions Available:
Leasing Consultant: Assist walk-in prospective residents, conduct property tours, and ensure a smooth move-in process. Also respond to email and phone inquiries on available rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with prospective residents
Conduct and schedule showings to available units
Manage leasing inquiries and process applications
Additional duties may be assigned based on property needs
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred or in similar industry
Availability to work weekends
Reliable transportation to work at different properties throughout San Diego (as needed)
Basic Computer skills and quick learner
Hours and schedule vary 8:00am to 6:00pm , Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu
