We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in various sales activities, maintain store presentation, and contribute to achieving sales targets while fostering a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash with precision.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Provide support in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate cash management and transaction processing.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for understanding sales metrics.
Ability to engage customers through effective upselling techniques.
Experience with product demos is beneficial for showcasing merchandise effectively.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $16.85 - $18 per hour
