Job Description - Assist Journeyman Electrician with the below tasks
1. Layout of proposed construction sites from plans
2. Layout of equipment conduit window, utility sub-structure openings
3. Installation of UG conduit configuration and grounding
4. Rigging/Setting small, medium, and large electrical equipment
5. Pulling wire from #8 through to 500 MCM CU & AL through parallel conduits
6. Terminating wire in EV charging equipment and other electrical-related equipment
7. Layout build conduit racking systems out of uni strut
8. Install 4” rigid & EMT conduit in different configurations
9. Perform JSA’s, toolbox talks, daily reports, redlines, and project closeout documentation
10. Material inventory and ordering
11. Manage electrical apprentices
Criteria for applying: Please only apply if you meet the below criteria.
- Must be a CA Journeyman or working towards obtaining his card
- Must be able to submit a resume
- A cover letter on why you want to work in the industry would be preferential
- Must be drug fee and pass a pre-employment drug test - We test for marijuana
- Must have a clean driver's license (No exceptions)
- Must be punctual and on time every day
- Out-of-town work required (Most of the work is in SoCal and local to San Diego)
