High-End Custom Home Renovator serving mainly the La Jolla Coastal area is seeking a Construction Supervisor with Hands-on Capability.
Expectations are to provide on-site supervisory and technical management of high-end residential projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate / perform duties at the highest standards are expected. Client satisfaction is paramount in our business as with maintaining high quality control in planning and coordination of all field activities. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and maintain a schedule.
Finish carpentry with door hanging experience is a preferred.
Must have tools and reliable transportation, registered and insured vehicle with a valid California Driver's License.
