We are seeking a seasoned Executive Legal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior partners in a busy and sophisticated litigation practice. The ideal candidate will bring along a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence. Preferred one year of experience. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to grow.

This role blends executive-level administrative support with hands-on litigation coordination, requiring someone who can manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and confidently handle confidential information with discretion. You’ll be a key partner in keeping attorneys organized, cases moving efficiently, and clients informed.

What You’ll Do

Manage and prioritize complex attorney calendars, including litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, and client meetings.

Coordinate trial preparation—assemble exhibits, witness lists, and materials for court.

Draft, edit, and proof correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Track billable time and assist with client billing and expense reporting.

Serve as a liaison among attorneys, clients, courts, and outside counsel, ensuring timely communication and professionalism.

Maintain organized case files and manage document workflows in the firm’s case management system.

Provide general administrative, operational, and client support to ensure smooth daily practice management.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Executive Legal Assistant supporting senior partners in litigation but willing to train the right candidate.

Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing protocols (state and federal).

Proficiency with legal case management, document management, and billing systems (e.g., Clio, Indeed or similar).

Exceptional writing, proofreading, and communication skills.

High attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professional judgment, confidentiality, and initiative are essential.

Please submit your resume, cover letter, and your salary expectations for consideration.
