JOB DESCRIPTION
As a retail sales associate you will develop and share your knowledge of our brands as you engage with customers and transact sales. You will develop strong product knowledge and advice and assist customers with their selections. You will develop client relationships and actively clientele. You will be comfortable working independently when alone in the shop and performing opening and closing duties. You will work collaboratively and respectfully with other employees and your supervisor. You also may receive deliveries and assist with inventory or merchandising projects.
Full shifts run from 10:45a - 5:15p weekdays and 9:45a - 5:15p weekends.
We will consider part time or full time (40 hours/ week) schedules for the right candidates
We look for candidates who can work weekend shifts
EXPERIENCE + SKILLS
Strong candidates will have previous work experience in high-end retail sales or another customer-focused position; experience in luxury apparel/accessories or design-oriented environments is desirable.
The ability to engage appropriately with a variety of customer audiences is required. We expect our sales staff to actively clientele by developing relationships with customers and reaching out to them with new product information that may interest them.
Accuracy and attention to detail in fulfilling and transacting sales is critical. Basic math skills and the ability to use (or learn to use) the Shopify Point-of-Sale system is a must, as are self-awareness, good judgment, and a strong work ethic.
