Operations Financial AnalystWe have a great opportunity for an Operations Financial Analyst to join our team in Santa Clarita, CA!As our Operations Financial Analyst you will develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. You will perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance as well as gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. We will require you to performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.Location: Santa Clarita, CASalary Range: 92,800.00 - $123,800.00 per yearPlease note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in California. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.Your Challenge:

Processes and maintains general ledger, profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements, and payroll systems. Develop plans including budgets and forecasts. Provides in-depth financial analysis, interpreting results and making recommendations to management. (30%)

Documents and updates accounting policies and procedures. Analyzes processes and procedures to expose any information useful in improving operating efficiencies. Supports the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice. (20%)

Resolves and ensures financial compliance with regulatory agencies. May conduct Principal audits and support internal, external and government audit requirements. (20%)

Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. (15%)

Prepares and analyzes month-end financial reports; reviewing for accuracy or omissions, reporting findings to management and alert management to significant variances to plan and forecast. Perform ad-hoc reporting and studies as required including cost volumes for proposals. (15%)

What you Bring:

Understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices relevant to financial analysis.

Ability to identify financial issues, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.

Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of data and complex analyses.

High level of accuracy in data analysis, financial reporting, and model development.
