Bookkeeping knowledge very helpful. Must know Microsoft, word, excel, AppFolio, Yardi QuickBooks.
25-35hr a week. flexible schedule, nice environment. Must be familiar with Real estate, rent control and rental laws.
Bilingual helpful. multi tasking is what we do. We manage, buy and sell multiple properties across Contra costa, Alameda and Solano counties. Single family and multi-family homes to commercial.
