Open Positions & Core Responsibilities:
Servers
Provide warm, attentive guest service
Take accurate orders, run food/drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized section
Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and responsible alcohol service
Bartenders
Prepare beverages accurately and consistently
Deliver engaged, professional bar service
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and prep (juicing, batching, garnishes, etc.)
Support service by communicating with FOH and kitchen teams
Food Runners
Deliver food promptly and correctly to guest tables
Communicate efficiently with servers and kitchen staff
Assist with plate presentation and ticket accuracy
Support general dining room flow during busy periods
Bussers
Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
Maintain overall dining room cleanliness
Assist with water service, refills, and guest needs
Support servers to ensure efficient service
Barbacks
Restock spirits, beer, glassware, ice, and supplies
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
Assist bartenders with prep tasks (cutting fruit, syrups, backups)
Support overall bar operations during service
Required Certifications
Valid Food Handler Certificate
RBS/ABC Certification for positions involving alcohol service
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (up to 50 lbs occasionally), stand/walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and move throughout service. Reasonable accommodations available.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support daily operation.
