Mägo restaurant is seeking talented server to join our dining room team. We are a fine dining restaurant offering a contemporary expression of Colombian cuisine, utilizing the delicious ingredients of Northern California.
The ideal candidates are eager to learn and grow with our team. Our team is very small and we are looking for someone that can really embrace being a part of our team. Must be a charismatic person who is comfortable speaking with guests, running food to tables and working in an open floor-plan. The right candidate should be self motivated, a go-getter and able to step in wherever is needed as we are a small team that relies on quick action.
Candidates must be reliable, motivated, hardworking and have a commitment to service.
Preferred Experience:
Strong knowledge of food, wine and spirits
Experience with tasting menu
Michelin-starred experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability work in an ever changing environment, our menu changes daily
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen.
Current Food Handler Permit.
Positive attitude and team mentality
COMPENSATION: Competitive pay, 401K and health insurance for full time employees after 60 days. All staff will be receiving tips on top of hourly wages. Four day work week.
