Assist sushi chefs with prep
Keep sushi station clean, organized, and ready for service
Support during service with urgency and attention to detail
<<< Dishwasher / Prep Cook (FT/PT) >>>
Dishwashing and keeping BOH clean and sanitary
Basic prep (washing/cutting vegetables, simple prep, portioning)
Help maintain organization and cleanliness throughout service

English communication required
Strong hospitality mindset and respectful attitude
Punctual, responsible, dependable
Able to work fast, stay organized, and follow food safety standards
Restaurant experience preferred (we can train the right person)
