We’re opening a new office and are looking for a provider with experience, leadership, and independence to make our new location just as successful.

Much flexibility including in-office, telemedicine, and nursing home.
Great work-life balance: option to work either 4-5 days/week, 32-40 hrs/week
Salary range: $145,000-$165,000 per year
Adult Medicine with emphasis on Geriatrics
No Pediatrics
No weekend office hours.
Experience:
Min 1-yr clinical experience w/references
NP enhanced license a plus
