We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Maintenance / Groundskeeper to help maintain a commercial/residential property in Sunnyvale, CA.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping spaces clean, and is looking for consistent part-time work.
Schedule:
3 days per week: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Flexible daytime hours
Compensation:
$300 every 2 weeks
Duties Include:
Trim plants in the front of the building
Walk the property and the perimeter, pick up garbage and debris, remove trash around building
Powerwash front entrance and select areas around the building
Trim a portion of perimeter plants each workday (rotating areas)
Dust and remove cobwebs from all building entrances (inside & out)
remove weeds from parking lot (spray & pull )
Clean exterior railings and entrance areas
Clean out the trash enclosure (once per week)
Requirements:
Dependable and able to work independently
Comfortable with light physical labor
Attention to detail
Must be able to work the required days consistently
