If you believe the food system is broken—and you’re ready to be on the front lines of changing it—this is your movement.
Since 1976, we’ve been fighting for clean soil, clean food, and the survival of certified organic family farms. Through our CSA program, launched in 1992, we support 60–150 organic farms every week—many of which would not survive without this collective effort.
Now we’re expanding our grassroots outreach team, and we’re calling on mission-driven activists to join us.
Your Role: Community Food Justice Organizer
This is not just outreach. It’s mobilization. It’s advocacy. It’s people-powered change.
You will:
Knock doors, table, street canvass, and connect face-to-face with communities
Educate households on the impact of GMOs, glyphosate, chemical pesticides, and soil degradation
Build awareness around local economic resilience, small farm survival, and ecological agriculture
Inspire families to join our weekly CSA, directly supporting dozens of organic farms
Spread the message that healthy soil = healthy food = healthy communities
