Crown Nine is sustainable fine jewelry company based in downtown Sebastopol - featuring a private showroom and online boutique. We are proud to give exceptional, complete, and genuine care to all of our clients, helping them to mark the most important milestones in their lives with quality and responsibly sourced heirlooms that withstand the test of time.
The role is a dynamic mix of direct client care, supporting our sales efforts, order fulfillment, shipping coordination and administrative stewardship.
Shipping / Fulfillment
- Create job tickets for our production queue and assign timelines to all aspects of our made-to-order designs
- Coordinate the receiving, packaging, shipping, and tracking of all orders
- Client care emails and phone calls to coordinate ship times, returns, repairs, and resizings
- Programs used: Asana, Shopify, Parcel Pro
Direct Client Care
- Email clients with all information needed as their job progresses including invoices receipts, contracts, reminders, follow up, and feedback.
- Arrange and correspond with clients regarding sizings, repairs, alterations, and jewelry care.
- Programs used: Acuity, Asana, Shopify, Parcel Pro, Vimeo
Administrative
- Enter appointments into our schedule and maintain appointment notes
- Tracking of costs, vendors, and other details to make a job complete on time and on budget
- Upload new product listings to our webstore, post blog articles, help with email campaigns
- General housekeeping and some personal assistant work for our founder
- Programs used: Google Sheets, Acuity, Asana, Shopify

Weekdays
4 - 5 days per week ( 28-32 hours per week)
Flexible in/out times
Includes paid time off
Pay
Commensurate with experience, we pay a set salary that ranges range from $25-30 per hour.
If you have your own jewelry practice, there are endless perks to joining our team including studio use.
