As our Operations Coordinator working directly with the CEO, you'll be at the heart of our mission keeping track of many things in spreadsheets and databases, crunching numbers to make sure we are exceeding our targets, and handling incoming requests for our products.

There is much flexibility in this job, with 3 days a week working in the San Rafael office.

We are a local San Rafael company making a big impact in the world.

What We Need You to Do

Spreadsheet and Data Management:

Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze sales and inventory data.

Perform regular data entry, maintenance, and cleanup in Zoho CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Generate detailed reports from Zoho CRM to support sales and operational decision-making.

Manage incoming orders.

Followup with trade-show leads.

Assist in managing US and EU sales data and support sales efforts.

Check orders daily, ensuring timely follow-up from EU 3rd party logistics (3PL) partners.

Collaborate with contractors to resolve Shopify and other systems issues.

Address and resolve any customs issues promptly.

Assist the CEO with calendar management, travel arrangements, and organizational tasks.

Experience with Zoho, Shopify, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a plus.
