Busy driven entrepreneur and philanthropist looking for Personal Administrative Assistant to work in a one-of-a-kind home-based executive office. Candidate must be able to multi-task on many projects, be extremely organized, have superior English writing and communication skills, be proactive, have the ability to think ahead, excellent computer skills for letter formatting, spreadsheets, and charts.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and maintaining of principal’s very busy schedule and multi-faceted projects
Respond to letters, emails, and phone calls, draft correspondence based upon notes or general instruction
Organize office and maintain files, while handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
Organize personal documents and photos electronically, including letters, trip reports, itineraries, Excel spread sheets, and other related documents
Coordination all domestic and international travel
Coordination of meetings, special events and parties, including agenda creation, communications, logistics, and etc.
Maintain contact database
Requirements:
3-5 years working as a Personal Assistant with verifiable references
Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills; strong knowledge of grammar is an absolute must
Strong organizational skills
Strong proficiency with PC format, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, etc.
College degree a plus
Strong research and tech skills
Experience with event planning and in travel coordination
Ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment
Ability to be proactive and think ahead
Willingness to learn and go above and beyond
A flexible, quick, driven work style
Punctuality, diplomatic, and self-directed manner
